Have not really start my keep fit plan


After having the official fail announcement from a company which I had interview on WED, I felt very unhappy and went to KFC. I ate 10 hot wings after a small lunch from church. I also have a regular meal for dinner. When I will really start to loss my 80 pounds? Tomorrow?

# START WITH SOUP OR SALAD.

# FINISH WITH FRUIT.

Four keep fit rules

Fresh fruit and sugar-free milk

Rule #3:
The lighter supper the better; and don't eat starch

Walk 40 mins a time, two times a day
